Railroad wine blossoms are open from early morning until little into afternoon - then the blossom close - to open next day again. Blossom is almost all year-round specially during hot and sunny season.

Large beautiful lotus fields are abundant in Cambodia. The markets are full with fresh lotus buds prepared as offerings for Buddhist pagodas. Lotus flowers certainly are an important agriculture product. As a gift to society we enjoy a large number of beautiful blooming lotus sceneries.

Lots of water means lots of food. Every piece of flooded field is rich in aquatic life and thus a resource for food. Here the village fishermen are having fun and getting fish at the same time.

Beautiful nature often can be found just in your backyard. This nature picture from a small backyard of Khmer houses shows that beauty is more than just an extraordinary scenery. Beauty can be seen and experienced in simple details - in your backyard or on your way walking to work. I love the mixture of different tropical vegetation, the vines climbing up the palms and the lush green growth all over.
Today was my lucky nature photography day again - just some 20 kms outside Siem Reap on a sunny afternoon. The following nature pictures give you a small example of how much nature beauty I can enjoy day after day at my work.
